For the safety and comfort of both our guests and cats, all visitors must review and agree to the following rules before entering the cat lounge. Good Day Cat Cafe reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest who does not follow these rules or engages in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior. No refunds will be issued.

Children Must Be Closely Supervised
Adult supervision is required for all children under 13. A maximum of two children under 13 may accompany each adult. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring children follow all lounge rules.

Your Reservation Time
Please arrive on time for your reservation. Announcements will be made when 5 minutes remain and again when your session has ended. Guests are expected to exit promptly so the next session can begin.

No Swapping or Taking Turns
Reservations are valid only for the guests included in the original booking. Guests may not swap or rotate during a session.

Food, Drinks & Smoking
Cats may not be fed human food or drinks. Only drinks with secure lids are permitted in the cat lounge. Outside food, smoking, vaping, and alcohol are prohibited.

No Outside Animals
Outside animals are not permitted in the cat lounge. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law.

Respect the Cats
Be gentle with the cats at all times. Do not chase, corner, or force interactions. If a cat walks away, hides, hisses, or growls, please give them space. Never wake a sleeping cat.

Do Not Pick Up Cats
For the safety and comfort of our cats, picking up or carrying them is not permitted.

Cat Furniture Is for Cats
Please do not climb or sit on cat trees, shelves, or other cat structures.

Use Inside Voices
Help us maintain a calm environment by using indoor voices and avoiding loud or disruptive behavior.

Follow Staff Instructions
Please follow all staff instructions while visiting the lounge.

Watch the Doors
Be mindful of cats near the doors when entering or leaving the lounge.

Shoes
Guests may be asked to remove or cover their shoes during rainy or snowy weather.

Photos Welcome
Feel free to take photos, but please keep your flash turned off.

By entering our cat lounge, I agree to the following Release of Liability, Covenant Not to Sue, and Assumption of Risk.

In consideration of being granted access to Good Day Cat Cafe LLC, located at 124 West Wooster Street, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that interaction with cats can involve certain risks, including but not limited to bites, scratches, allergic reactions, infections, and other injuries or illnesses. I understand that these risks may occur without warning or provocation, even with proper supervision and safety precautions. I understand that cats may move freely throughout the premises and that tripping, slipping, or other accidents may occur as a result of their presence or other conditions within the Café. By entering the Lounge, I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with interacting with cats at the Café.

2. Animal Backgrounds
I acknowledge that the cats at the Café come from a variety of backgrounds, including but not limited to being formerly stray, abandoned, neglected, abused, or surrendered. As such, their behavior may be unpredictable despite the Café’s efforts to ensure safety and proper socialization.

3. Appropriate Conduct
I agree to treat all cats gently, respectfully, and appropriately. I will pay attention to signs of irritation, fear, or aggression from any cat and will follow all staff instructions regarding safe interaction.

4. Health Disclaimer
While the Café strives to ensure all cats receive proper veterinary care, vaccinations, and treatments, it cannot guarantee the health, temperament, or parasite-free status of any animal. The Café makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the health or behavior of any cat on the premises.

5. Medical Responsibility
If I sustain any injury, illness, allergic reaction, or damage of any kind, directly or indirectly related to my presence or participation at the Café, I agree that I am fully responsible for any resulting medical treatment, costs, or related expenses.

6. Release of Liability & Covenant Not to Sue
In consideration of being permitted to enter and participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Good Day Cat Cafe LLC, its owners, employees, volunteers, agents, partners, and affiliates from any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation or presence, including but not limited to those resulting from the negligence of the Café or its representatives.

7. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Good Day Cat Cafe LLC, its owners, employees, volunteers, agents, partners, and affiliates from any losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or attorney’s fees arising out of my conduct or participation at the Café, including any claims made by third parties.

8. Property Damage

I am responsible for any personal property brought onto the premises. Good Day Cat Cafe LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

9. Photo & Media Consent
I understand that photos and videos may be taken by Good Day Cat Cafe LLC, its employees, or its representatives while I am on the premises. I grant Good Day Cat Cafe LLC permission to use such photos or videos for promotional, marketing, advertising, and social media purposes without compensation.

10. Age Requirement and Minors
I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age and legally competent to read this agreement. If I am the parent or legal guardian of any minors accompanying me, I assume full responsibility for their safety, behavior, and compliance with Café rules. I accept and assume the risks described above on their behalf and agree to the same release and indemnification terms.

11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, and any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wood County, Ohio.

12. Severability
If any portion of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall continue in full force and effect.

I have carefully read this Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Photo Consent Agreement. I fully understand its contents, and I am aware that by entering the cat lounge, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue Good Day Cat Cafe LLC and its representatives. I acknowledge that I have reviewed and agree to follow all posted cat lounge rules and staff instructions during my visit.
